You will have use of the square and graveled patio area under the old hangin’ tree. There is a BBQ pit, tables and chairs for you. And if you are so inclined - a fire pit for the evenings while you sit out and star gaze. Also – you must plan on a sunset viewing - We have an awesome vantage point to view spectacular sunsets from the town square on clear days!
You get complete and private enjoyment of our guesthouses and as such these are not “owner-hosted” arrangements.
If you decide to stay with us we require payment in full upon booking to confirm your reservation. We bill via email and require a credit card on file against damages or loss. A Lodging Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in.
Check-in is 2:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 am.

CANCELLATION: Cancellations must be received 10 days prior to the planned arrival date to qualify for a refund. If you cancel 10 days or more before the check-in date your credit card will be charged $105.00 for the cancellation and the balance would be refunded.
